We have Horizontal Machining Centers capable of up to 144 inches of horizontal and 92 inches of vertical travel.
3D Printers, EDM, Inspection and Assembly.

We have over 30 years of quality machining, fabricating, welding, and assembly for a multitude of customers in all areas of industry. We are known for our successes with prototypes as well as manufacturing parts from existing samples to meet our customer’s spare/replacement parts needs.

If your needs include paint, coatings, heat treat, etc., Able Tool has a robust team of high quality subcontractors which can be brought to bear to meet your needs.
Increasingly, Able Tool is involved in full machine assembly, integration and testing (rather than only individual part production).
HISTORY
Founded in 1984, Able Tool Corporation quickly grew to become one of Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky’s most reliable contract manufacturers. Throughout the years, Able Tool has remained a leader in prototype work, high-mix, low-volume manufacturing, and rebuild and repair of process machinery.
The original location was a 2,500-square foot rented facility in Forest Park. Within two short years, the rapid growth of the company meant a need for more space. In 1987, a 22,123 square-foot climate-controlled facility located on five and one-half acres in Lockland, Ohio, was completed. The facility includes two 14′ access doors and one 8′ loading dock.
In 1990, Able Tool Corporation purchased The Gilman Company, Batavia, Ohio, whose specialty was large computer-controlled machining. The equipment was incorporated into the company, broadening all capabilities and customer base.
Able Tool continues expanding – our equipment, capabilities, and customer base.
